Once you have arranged the dimensions in the order that most suits the needs of the application, the members of each dimension should then be selected to return the proper subset. To select which members the dimension within the view uses, click on the link to the right of the dimension name.
Clicking on the link will open the Subset Properties dialog. This dialog operates much in the same way as View Properties, in that it has a toolbar, and a content section:
